| Most of the
structures are rated at * 80 MPH And are considered portable which means
in most areas you don't need a permit but always check with your local
code source first. . They become permanent when you make alterations to
make them .30 Inch rebar stakes are ran through the base tubing into the
ground. In some areas, this is considered temporary. We are not
responsible for any permits or research for a permit. If mounted on
concrete, in most cases concrete wedge bolts are used. For added
stability on a ground set, you
can add concrete piers (Click here) after installation with
temporary anchors (our sales staff can help you here). Wall heights vary
but can be as tall as 12 feet. In a few states, walls can be 14 feet
tall on an enclosed structure. Standard legs on carports are 5 feet
(this gives you approx. 6 feet height on low side of carport). Most of
the carports and buildings are built on approx. 3 and 12 roof pitch.
This means for each foot you come in, you rise 3 inches. A-frame
style buildings or carports have the same height on the walls as the
legs are with standard legs of 6 ft (with most companies). The tubing used to build these structures are made out of galvanized steel. This limits the problems of rust. The sheet metal is normally 29 gauge and in some areas, 26 gauge is available for an extra charge. All structures are constructed with square tubing as this is stronger than round tubing. In most cases 14 gauge is standard, with 12 gauge available art an extra charge. We are an independent dealer selling from multiple companies. All prices have to be approved by the Installation yard that will be doing the installation. We try to keep prices current, but they do vary state by state. Be sure to check with our rep for an accurate price quote in your area. Prices are subject to change without notice. This site sis owned and operated by 2 K Investments inc. Some pictures of carports and structures show trim and bracing. In most cases these are optional. Be sure you check with rep when ordering unit as to standard options. Links to other sites |
